Can anyone say they are always honest?
I will say I have NOT always been honest.
The definition of honest does not always fit me, it actually causes stress and unhappiness within myself and for my husband.
It isn't just a little thing as I have always believed.
It isn't just a little thing as I have always believed.
It is the little white lies we tell ourselves and others that end up hurting the most.
Honesty is the basis of effective communication and healthy relationships.
“[H]iding how you really feel and trying to make everyone happy doesn't make you nice, it just makes you a liar.”

This is where I start my journey with breaking the circle.
Stop what I learned from my elders & learn what I want, learn to just be honest No matter how small the subject is. For one thing it sure will eliminate my inner feelings. Stop trying to make so many people happy, even if they don't like your answer to their question .
Each day will be a new challenge.
Growing up in a abusive environment has followed me more then I realized.
So far my journey with this has been awesome.
My husband sure is enjoying it more.
